- Current esthetics license
- Adherence to local and state licensing/certification laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Willing and able to perform Brazilian waxing.
- Experience with Dermalogica, ClarityRX, or Image Skincare highly preferred.
- Perform 50 and 80-minute customized skin care treatment sessions including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, LED, hair removal, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, and additional services as offered.
- Recommend tailored skin care services and products to best meet the customized needs of each client.
- Continue to expand skin care skills, knowledge, and abilities with monthly webinars from our skincare lines.
- Complete required and ongoing training requirements within a set time frame.
- Meet service and retail sales quotas.
- Become an Elite Esthetician within the first year of employment by becoming a Dermalogica Expert and Clarity Rx Master.
- Educate clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and the use of appropriate products.
- Complete job-related side work when not seeing clients.
- Follow spa policies and procedures.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience in a Spa or comparable environment.
- Be friendly and able to communicate well to a diverse set of clients.
- Look professional and polished at all times.
- Be goal-oriented, able to meet retail sales quotas and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Be knowledgeable, passionate, and positive.
- Be outgoing and enjoy educating and sharing skin care knowledge with clients.
- Be able to make customized, tailored product recommendations with confidence.
- Have extremely strong product and ingredient knowledge; continue to grow and enhance knowledge.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Be a team player; be willing to help and assist other team members.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.

- Ability to work nights and/or weekends, including some Sundays, required.
